Annual HOA Dues = $145 per lot per year Due by January 31st of each year
Annual Fence Assessment = $100 per lot per year Due by January 31st of each year, through 2027
Late fees for Annual HOA Dues = $25 per lot, per month after Feb 1st of that year
Transfer/Refinancing fees = In discussion
ACC new home deposit = $1500 - To be refunded when home completed and accepted by HOA.
